Job summary

TruGreen Limited Partnership is seeking a data analyst to collect data, analyze metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve operations, revenue, costs and profits. You will develop queries, perform forecasting, and support ad hoc reporting using Power BI and Excel.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Business/Analytics/Finance and 2–4 years of analytics experience, with strong SQL and Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field with 2–4 years of analytics experience.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience with Power BI and Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops queries in multiple systems to extract and combine data sets.
• Analyzes operational metrics to increase productivity.
• Provides ad hoc reporting, data/variance analysis and forecasting.
• Verifies, assesses, and processes fleet-related invoices as needed.
• Assists in designing and standardizing operating metric analysis.
• Identifies trends and makes recommendations for revenue and cost improvements.
