Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle inspections, maintenance, and servicing to minimize downtime.
• Maintain vehicle information, inspection records, and registration details.
• Liaise with repair and maintenance shops to ensure quality service.
• Register and insure company vehicles, and manage licenses.
• Analyze fleet performance data and implement improvements.
• Develop and enforce fleet policies and training modules.
• Monitor vehicle expenses and purchasing decisions.
• Report fleet performance and finances to upper management.
• Oversee driver behavior and operations to optimize safety and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve fuel efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Maintain all vehicle information, inspection records, and registration information
• Partner with reputable repair and maintenance shops
• Register, obtain licenses, and insure the company’s vehicles
• Analyze fleet performance data and improve accordingly
• Implement fleet policies and training modules for vehicle use and care
• Monitor vehicle expenses and purchasing
• Report fleet performance and finances to upper management
• Monitor, correct, and improve driver behaviors and operations
• Reduce unnecessary expenses and increase fuel efficiency
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required skills and qualifications:

• Prior experience working as a fleet, logistics, or in a similar job role
• Knowledge of the transportation industry and its current trends
