Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 0–3+ years of experience in fleet management or related disciplines.
  • Experience managing a multi-site or regional fleet program across the United States and Canada preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle lifecycle management, and transportation compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with fleet management systems, telematics platforms, and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage data and processes within the NA Fleet Team to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all fleet-related data requests and inquiries.

Our client, a leading organization in transportation and fleet management, is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join their team. As a Fleet Administrator, you will be part of the Fleet Management department supporting regional operations across North America. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fleet Administrator

Location: New Britain, CT

Pay Range: $26/ hour

What's the Job?
