The Spice & Tea Exchange is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Fort Worth, TX. If you have a passion for flavors, superior customer service, and enjoy helping guests discover new spices and teas, we want you on our flavorful team.

You will greet guests, answer questions, share product knowledge, and keep the store inviting and well-organized. Join a close-knit franchise that values welcoming experiences, teamwork, and versatility, including minor blending and packaging tasks to support daily

Qualifications

• Passion for food and flavors; creating welcoming guest experiences.
• Outstanding communication skills, both in conversation and writing.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using point-of-sale systems.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and set the tone for an exceptional shopping experience.
• Engage with customers to ask questions and make personalized product recommendations.
• Become knowledgeable about spice blends and teas to share with confidence.
• Assist with store displays, restocking, and maintaining a pleasant retail environment.
• Cross-train to help in blending and packaging our small-batch products.
