The Spice & Tea Exchange Lexington is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to welcome guests, answer questions, and share our spice blends and teas with enthusiasm.

You will help with store displays, restocking, and keeping a clean, organized shop; cross-train in blending and packaging; and prepare to-go tea beverages at the Tea Bar.

Flexible hours, weekend and holiday availability, friendly team, and a customer-first attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication and friendly attitude.
• Comfort using POS systems and basic technology.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail or service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a warm smile and friendly greeting.
• Engage with customers to ask the right questions and make personalized product recommendations.
• Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to share product knowledge with confidence.
• Assist with store displays, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.
• Cross-train to help with blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products.
