Wing Shack is hiring Team Members in Laramie to join a fast-paced, high-energy crew. You’ll cross-train across Kitchen, Prep, Cleaning, and Front Counter, and help deliver great guest experiences with hospitality and a can-do attitude.

We offer a base rate of $15.00 per hour plus average additional earnings of $3.50–$6.00 per hour, depending on role and tips. Join us to grow with a team that values flavor, fun, and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 15 years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Appropriate availability under the needs of the company
• Appropriate transportation plan to attend shifts as scheduled according to the provided availability
• Able to perform all essential job functions as detailed in the job description and training materials
• Ability to communicate and follow directions in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner

Aufgaben

• Cross-train across all restaurant systems (Kitchen, Prep, Cleaning, Front Counter) and attend to the six expectations from the orientation materials
• Be on time and perform tasks as trained, including pace requirements
• Be professional, trustworthy, and communicate clearly; work well with the team
• Handling kitchen, prep, cleaning, and front-counter duties as needed; ensure safety and sanitation
