Job summary

Flavor- in Mahwah, NJ, is hiring for a full-time role to assist flavor chemists and the Applications lab in creating marketable flavors. You will keep the lab stocked and organized, support spray drying and reactions, and participate in tasting panels.

The position includes shipping support and requires a Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of related experience. Applicants should be prepared to work closely with internal teams and external clients, maintain lab libraries, and develop simple flavor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist flavor chemists and Applications lab in creating marketable flavors.
• Keep lab supplies stocked and the lab organized and orderly.
• Spray dry, reactions, filling sample requests, maintaining the Flavor Lab Library.
• Develop simple flavor formulas with supervision and participate in tasting panels.
• Assist with shipping.
