Job summary

Döhler is seeking a Sample Lab Operator in Cartersville, GA to prepare and package flavor and beverage samples, manage materials, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role supports R&D, QA, and supply chain with accurate documentation and timely sample fulfillment.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, an associate degree in a related field preferred, and familiarity with GMP/HACCP, SAP/ERP, and basic office software. On-site position with potential for growth within a global team.

Qualifications

• GMP/HACCP knowledge and food safety experience.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office and record-keeping skills.
• Experience in food, beverage, flavor, ingredients, laboratory, manufacturing, or quality environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare flavor, beverage, juice, extract, and ingredient samples according to approved formulations and customer specs.
• Weigh, measure, scan, and dispense materials accurately; compound, blend, and package samples.
• Maintain inventory and ensure sample integrity; support QA/QC and regulatory compliance.
• Process sample orders and documentation in SAP/ERP systems; ensure traceability.
• Support continuous improvement and standardized lab workflows.
