Job summary

Wingstop in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales through strong front- and back-of-house leadership.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory restaurant experience, a proven track record of coaching staff, and a flexible schedule including weekends and nights; restaurant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Restaurant/retail supervisory experience required
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills
• Ability to manage front- and back-of-house operations

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and scheduling team members in partnership with the District Manager
• Coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff with the District Manager and HR
• Communicating job expectations and reviewing performance; enforcing policies and procedures
• Performing regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards are met
• Tracking inventory and maintaining accurate records
• Resolving food preparation issues and handling customer service concerns
• Maintaining sanitation and safety standards and procedures
• Striving to meet company goals by ownership of new responsibilities and adding value
