Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Flatwork Foreman with 5–10 years of hands-on experience leading concrete crews. This individual should have strong leadership skills, a solid background in residential or commercial flatwork, and the ability to run a job site efficiently. Commercial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise concrete crews on flatwork projects (sidewalks, driveways, slabs, curbing, etc.)
• Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and materials with Project Manager or Superintendent
• Ensure work meets quality standards, project specs, and safety requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and layout
• Set grades, form, pour, and finish concrete flatwork
• Communicate with subcontractors, inspectors, and other trades as needed
• Train and mentor crew members; provide on-site guidance and feedback
• Track job progress and report issues or delays

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of concrete flatwork experience, with at least 2–3 years in a lead/foreman role
• Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and curing methods
• Ability to read construction plans and lay out job sites
• Reliable, organized, and safety-focused
• Experience in commercial concrete work preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
