Job description

Concrete Foreman

Responsibilities

1. Meet at Office/Yard daily to gather employees and materials needed for the day's work.
2. Travel to the jobsite in a company truck and trailer.
3. Coordinate with the superintendent and review plans to schedule daily tasks.
4. Layout for concrete finishers and carpenters, ensuring continuous work.
5. Complete projects according to plan.
6. Collaborate with the Project Manager to order materials and schedule concrete pours.
7. Ensure the installation of quality concrete daily.
8. Operate equipment such as laser screeds, curb, and gutter machines.
9. Work with excavation crew to set grades and lasers.

Qualifications

1. Valid driver's license with a clean record.
2. Experience in trailer pulling.
3. ACI Certifications.
4. 3-5 years of relevant experience; more experience is a plus.
5. Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.
6. Experience in forming and pouring commercial concrete.
7. Ability to work with the Project Manager and estimator to ensure concrete is installed as per bid.
