Lakeside Book Company is seeking a Flatcutter Operator in Harrisonburg, VA. You will operate and oversee the pressroom or bindery machinery, monitor quality and throughput, and complete departmental paperwork.

Starting rate is $24.93/hour (base $23.30 + 7% shift differential). Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement as you gain qualified status and take on back-up roles.

Job description

We are looking for a Flatcutter Operator to join our team at Lakeside Book Company. As the largest bookmaker in the United States, you will help print and move finished product out the door and into the hands of readers across the country. Previous machine operating experience is preferred but we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful. Advancement opportunities are available!

Starting Rate: $24.93/hour (Base $23.30 + 7% Shift Differential)
Hours: 12-hour Night shift 6pm-6am: Mon-Tue, Fri-Sat-Sun, Wed-Thur; overtime as required
Location: 2347 Kratzer Rd; Harrisonburg, VA 22802 and 1025 Willow Springs Rd; Harrisonburg, VA 22801
