Premier Warehousing Services, Inc. is hiring a Tarper in Sweetwater, TX. The role involves tarping and un-tarping product on flatbed trailers, securing loads with tarps, bungees and straps, and maintaining safety and cleanliness on-site. Work is Monday–Friday, with weekend/overtime as needed. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with benefits after 90 days and weekly pay via direct deposit.

Must pass background check and drug screening; 18+ required. EOE.

Qualifications

• Follows oral and written duties and procedures for each.

Responsibilities

• Place and secure poly and tarps on flatbed trailers as required on top of the loads with the assistance of a tarping machine.
• Secure the load with bungees and straps.
• Observes all safety policies and wears PPE at all times.
• Keeps work areas and truck lots clean and orderly.
• Employees work inside and outside; in snow, remove snow from trailers.
• Works well with others.
