Job summary

Premier Warehousing Services, Inc. is seeking a Tarper in Hamlin, TX to tarp and secure loads on flatbed trailers and to untarp for unloading. This role requires following procedures, using tarping equipment, and maintaining safety practices in all weather conditions.

The position is located in Hamlin, Texas with a Monday–Friday schedule; overtime may be required. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with benefits after 90 days, weekly pay via direct deposit, and background/drug screening

Qualifications

• Follow oral and written duties and procedures for each.
• Place and secure poly and tarps on flatbed trailers with the tarping machine; secure the load with bungees and straps.
• Observe all safety policies and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment at all time.
• Keep work areas and truck lots clean and orderly.
• Employees work inside and outside; in snow, remove the snow by shoveling the trailers.
• Works well with others.
