Job summary

Capitol Materials, Inc. – Calera, AL is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely operate a commercial vehicle, load/unload materials, and deliver to job sites while providing world-class customer service.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, valid CDL (Class B; Class A preferred), a clear 3-year MVR, and knowledge of DOT regulations. Emphasis on safety, independence, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
• Minimum Class B License; Class A strongly preferred.
• Clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team; communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck/trailer for defects and ensure safe operation.
• Load/unload building materials; deliver to commercial and residential job sites.
• Maintain records for regulatory compliance.
