CDL-A FLATBED TRUCK DRIVER JOBS WITH MONTGOMERY TRANSPORT

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers get the strength to succeed with Montgomery Transport!

With various commodities and lanes, Montgomery Transport offers flexibility on how YOU want to get paid: percentage or CPM! Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with percentage or cents-per-mile pay options, earning $70,000 - $75,000 per year!

For this reason, we are thrilled to continue our HAUL-iday Pay! We are committed to recognizing your dedication and hard work and understand how difficult it can be to be away from family.

Here's how it works:

• HAUL-iday Pay: An extra .05 cents per LOADED miles during this time frame.

• $10,000 Orientation Pay

  • Week 1 - $1,500

  • Week 2 - $1,200

  • 120 Day - $2,300

  • 180 Day - $5,000

• Dates of Eligibility: 1/1/2025 to 3/31/2025

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Pay:

  • Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 Annually

  • $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in Base Pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM Tenure Pay Increase + an Extra .05 Cents per LOADED Miles (1/1 - 3/31)

• OR

  • Choose 27% of Line Haul

  • Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,200 and 2 Years+ = $1,300!

Montgomery drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours!

HOW DO WE KNOW? Because we have invested in the best analytics to track our driver's home time to ensure them a better quality of life and the time they deserve with their family!

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay:

• New Drivers Pay - $.53 CPM starting base pay

• 1-Year Loyalty (worked at previous company for one year) - $.54 CPM starting base pay

• 2-Years Loyalty (worked at previous company for two years) - $.55 CPM starting base pay

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience

• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years

• No DUI in the past 10 years

• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement
