Financial Package

Weekly pay ranges from $1,100 to $1,800, with annual pay between $57,200 and $93,600, depending on experience, routes, attendance, and tenure. Flatbed regional driver rate: $0.68 - $0.72 per mile. We also provide accessorial pay such as tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay. Transition package includes $1,800, with $1,000 for orientation.

Home Time & Policies

Most weekends off, with variation by division. No pets allowed; riders permitted after 90 days of safe driving for drivers aged 7 and up.
