Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset

FINANCIAL PACKAGE

Weekly Pay: $1,100 - $1,800
Annual Pay: $57,200 - $93,600
Depending on experience, routes, attendance, and service length.

Full pay includes accessorial compensation like tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay. Flatbed regional driver rate: $.68-$.72 per mile, depending on experience.

We offer an $1,800 Transition Package, including $1,000 for orientation during the first 2 weeks, to support your job transition.

HOME TIME

Most weekends off for a 34-hour reset, varying by division. Speak with a recruiter to find the route that fits you.

PET AND GUEST RIDER POLICY

Pets are not allowed. Riders aged 7+ are permitted after 90 days of safe driving.

HOW TO GET HIRED

• Must have a valid Class A CDL
• Must be 21+ years old
• At least 4 months of driving experience
• Clean driving record and background check
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Ability to lift 90 pounds onto a 5-foot platform (tested during orientation)
