Opportunity for CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers

• Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset

Financial Package

• Weekly Pay: $1,100 - $1,800
• Annual Pay: $57,200 - $93,600

Pay depends on experience, routes, attendance, and tenure. Full pay includes accessorials like tarp pay, stop pay, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay. Flatbed regional drivers earn $.68-$.72 per mile.

Transition Package

We offer an $1,800 transition package, including $1,000 for orientation during the first two weeks, so you can focus on driving while we support you.

Home Time

Most weekends off for a 34-hour reset; varies by division. We offer multiple route options—speak with a recruiter to find the best fit.

Pet & Guest Rider Policies

Pets are not allowed. Riders aged 7+ are permitted after 90 days of safe driving.

Hiring Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 21 years old
• 4+ months driving experience
• Safe driving record
• No more than 6 jobs in past 3 years
• Preferred: 1-year experience (not required)
• Background check, drug test, Clearinghouse clearance required
• Physical ability to lift 90 pounds (tested during orientation)
