• Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset

Financial Package

Weekly Pay: $1,100 - $1,800
Annual Pay: $57,200 - $93,600
Includes accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay. Flatbed regional driver rate: $.68-$.72 per mile, depending on experience.

Transition Package

Offers an $1,800 Transition Package; $1,000 for orientation during the first 2 weeks.

Home Time & Routes

Most weekends off for a 34-hour reset; varies by division. Multiple route options available—discuss with a recruiter to find the best fit.

Pet & Rider Policies

No pets allowed. Riders aged 7 and up permitted after 90 days of safe driving.
