• Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset

Financial Package

Weekly Pay: $1,100 - $1,800; Annual Pay: $57,200 - $93,600, depending on experience, routes, attendance, and tenure. Full pay includes accessorials like tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay. Flatbed regional driver rate: $.68-$.72 per mile.

Transition & Benefits

Transition Package: $1,800 (including $1,000 for orientation). Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, HSA, 401(k) with match, life insurance, employee assistance, and PTO (80-120 hours based on tenure).

Home Time & Routes

Most weekends off; specific home time varies by division. Multiple route options available—discuss with a recruiter to find the best fit.

Pet & Guest Rider Policy

No pets allowed. Riders aged 7+ permitted after 90 days of safe driving.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21+ years old
• 4+ months experience preferred
• Clean driving record, background, drug test, and Clearinghouse results
• Ability to lift 90 pounds (tested during orientation)
