Opportunity Details

• Driver Type: Experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers

• Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset

Financial Package

Weekly Pay: $1,100 - $1,800; Annual Pay: $57,200 - $93,600, depending on experience, routes, attendance, and service length. Full pay includes accessorials like tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay. Flatbed regional driver rate: $.68-$.72 per mile.

Transition & Benefits

Transition package: $1,800, including $1,000 for orientation. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, HSA, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, employee assistance, and PTO based on years of service.

Home Time & Policies

Most weekends off; varies by division. Pets are not allowed; riders aged 7+ allowed after 90 days of safe driving.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21+ years old
• 4+ months driving experience
• Clean driving record, background check, drug test, and Clearinghouse result
• Ability to lift 90 pounds onto a 5-foot platform (tested during orientation)
