Fencing-Supply-Group-Acquisition-LLC is seeking a dependable Class A CDL Driver in Jacksonville, FL to operate a tandem axle flatbed with an attached forklift and deliver to job sites. The role requires load securement expertise, manual transmission ability, and experience navigating construction sites.

Qualifications

• Three years of Class A CDL driving experience.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
• Two years of experience operating a flatbed truck.
• Moffett experience required.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registration.
• Knowledge of ELD, GPS, and ability to read maps.
• Clean driving record and diligent safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and comply with all CDL regulations for commercial vehicle operations.
• Maintain records required by state and federal regulations including driver’s duty status and mileage.
• Deliver to local areas, navigating tight spaces and varying speeds in traffic and weather.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and log vehicle services.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Handle and document all paperwork for freight movements and deliveries.
• Operate truck cab computers/tablets, CB radios, GPS, and other communications equipment.
• Ensure proper load securement and maintain it throughout trips.
• Assist with warehouse and yard duties when there are no runs.
