Job summary

Rouse Trucking, LLC in Boston, MA is seeking CDL-A drivers for flatbed freight. Home time every 7–14 days with a 34–48 hour reset, weekly pay at 70 CPM on loaded and empty miles, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for solo drivers. Assigned 2020–2025 Peterbilt tractors with both automatic and manual transmissions are provided.

Drivers may take their assigned truck home, with regular maintenance to support dependable operation. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation time.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license
• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 5 years
• Minimum of 6 months of flatbed experience
• Tarping and load securement experience

Responsibilities

• Tarping needed on approximately 3 out of 5 loads
• Load securement is part of the regular work
• Drivers may take their assigned truck home with a safe place to park it
• Regular maintenance helps support dependable operation and reduce downtime
