Job summary

Rouse Trucking is hiring CDL‑A flatbed drivers for a practical regional schedule with regular home time every 7–14 days and a 34–48 hour reset. You’ll earn $1,700–$1,800 weekly and receive $30 pay per load plus a $5,000 solo sign‑on bonus.

Drivers handle flatbed freight like building materials and coils, with tarping required on about 3 in 5 loads. Assigned Peterbilt tractors and 70 mph speed are standard.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL‑A license is required.
• At least 1 year of tractor‑trailer experience within the last 5 years.
• At least 6 months of flatbed experience.
• Tarping and load securement experience.

Responsibilities

• Haul flatbed freight such as building materials, pipe, coils, and similar loads.
• Tarps required on approximately 3 out of 5 loads; tarping is common.
• Ensure load securement and tarping as part of the role.
• Operate 2020–2025 Peterbilt 567/579 tractors with assigned trucks.
