Job summary

Central Oregon Truck Company in your area is hiring CDL-A truck drivers. Top-tier pay includes 60 CPM base plus up to 4 CPM in performance incentives, with a $1,350 minimum for qualifying weeks and loyalty pay up to 5.5 CPM from day one. Drivers also earn $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay, plus home time every two weeks (five days/month).

Orientation pay is $1,250. We focus on flatbed freight and have run since 1992, with strong CSA scores and safety.
