Responsibilities

• Top-tier pay with real incentives: Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year, with 60CPM base pay plus up to 4CPM in performance incentives and a $1,350 minimum for qualifying weeks.
• Loyalty pay that starts immediately. Earn up to 5.5CPM in loyalty pay, accruing from day one—rewarding consistency and commitment.
• Extra pay for the work you do. Get paid for the details with $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay.
• Home time that lets you reset. Get home every two weeks, totaling five days per month.
