Job summary

Central Oregon Truck Company is seeking CDL-A truck drivers to haul flatbed freight across our network. Top-tier pay includes up to $127,000 per year, with 60 CPM base pay and up to 4 CPM performance incentives, plus a $1,350 minimum for qualifying weeks.

You’ll also receive a $1,250 orientation payment and loyal pay rewards from day one. Drivers enjoy home time every two weeks (five days per month), and a no-fee per diem program that helps maximize take-home pay.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license.
• Minimum 12 months Regional or OTR experience.
• Safety-conscious with reliable record.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A truck with flatbed freight.
• Meet all DOT and company safety standards.
• Maintain logs, ensure on-time delivery and proper cargo securement.
