Job summary

Flint Logistics LLC is seeking experienced flatbed drivers for dedicated stainless-steel freight around Mobile, AL. Weekly pay ranges from $2,000 to $2,100, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and paid orientation.

Home every weekend with a 34-hour reset, and a newer Kenworth T680 tractor is assigned. Required: CDL-A, 6+ months flatbed in last 5 years, 1+ year OTR in last 5 years, steel/coil hauling, tarping, load-securement, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required and valid.
• Minimum one year OTR experience within last five years.
• Minimum six months flatbed experience within last five years.
• Steel-hauling experience required.
• Coil-hauling certification required.
• Tarping and load-securement experience required.
• Acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Haul dedicated stainless-steel freight with live loads/unloads.
• Operate a newer Kenworth T680 with flatbed trailer.
• Maintain safety and compliance with regulations.
• Work to maximize productivity with planned backhauls.
• Support weekend home time and orientation schedule.
