Job summary

Flint Logistics LLC in Jackson, MS is seeking experienced flatbed drivers for a dedicated steel freight account. Earn $2,000 to $2,100 weekly with home time every weekend and a 34-hour reset. The fleet uses newer Kenworth tractors and 48-foot flatbed trailers on steel coil shipments.

Qualified drivers have 6+ months flatbed experience, steel-hauling credentials, and a CDL-A. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified applicants; paid orientation is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license required.
• Minimum one year OTR experience within the last five years.
• Minimum six months flatbed experience required.
• Steel-hauling experience required.
• Current coil-hauling certification required.
• Tarping and load-securement experience required.
• Acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Haul stainless-steel coils and flat stainless-steel sheets.
• Follow planned backhaul freight to maintain productive miles.
• Tarps and securement per tarping protocol using provided gear.
• Operate with the same trailer for the trip when possible.
• Maintain weekly schedule and weekend home time.
