Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership experience in a similar role.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• Brand knowledge is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance per factory and dealership specs and time standards.
• Communicate technical information to Service Advisors.
• Ensure estimates and work orders are accurate.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines.
