Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair vehicles per manufacturer and dealership specs.
• Complete repairs safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting time standards.
• Document diagnosis, causes, corrections, and repairs on every repair order.
• Communicate additional repairs or concerns to management.
• Road-test vehicles when required and maintain workmanship and customer satisfaction.

24 Ford of Easton is looking for an experienced, motivatedFlat Rate Automotive Technician to join our growing service team.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership specifications.
• Complete repairs safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting established time standards.
• Identify and communicate additional repairs or concerns to management.
• Properly document diagnosis, cause, correction, and repairs on every repair order.
• Use manufacturer procedures, troubleshooting guides, special tools, and equipment appropriately.
• Road-test vehicles when required.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed individual productivity and efficiency goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Report any safety, quality, or operational concerns to management.
• Work effectively as part of a professional service team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of automotive technician experience
• Previousflat-rate experience at a franchised dealership is a major plus.
• Ford certifications are a plus.
• Transmission rebuilding experience is a huge plus.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Valid driver's license with a clean, acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screening and background check.

Physical Requirements

This is aheavy-duty position requiring the ability to lift up to100 lbs., frequently carry up to50 lbs., and perform repetitive physical movements.
