Qualifications

• 2–5 years of automotive technician experience.
• Previous flat-rate experience at a franchised dealership is a plus.
• Ford certifications are a plus.
• Transmission rebuilding experience is a huge plus.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair vehicles per specifications.
• Complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Document diagnosis, cause, correction, and repairs.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship.
• Work effectively as part of a professional service team.
