Job summary

Georgica Auto Holdings is seeking a skilled Flat Rate Technician to perform efficient and high-quality automotive repairs and maintenance services.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, using diagnostic equipment and essential tools, while documenting work and communicating with service advisors.

Salary range is $120,000–$180,000 per year, with opportunities to grow and contribute to a busy, customer-focused shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE certification(s) preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience as a Flat Rate Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles according to factory and dealership specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and special tools effectively to pinpoint issues.
• Document all repairs and services accurately and thoroughly.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts department personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Continuously update knowledge of automotive technology and repair techniques.
