Qualifications

• Proven automotive technician experience in a flat rate shop.
• Willingness to obtain ASE certification if not already held.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills across vehicle systems.
• Must provide own professional hand tools and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently to maximize flat rate productivity.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to service advisors.
• Perform engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical repairs.
• Follow all shop safety protocols and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and software to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
• Meet or exceed flat rate hour goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
