As a Flat Rate Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to factory and dealership standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Pay starts at $33.80 per hour with expected pay between $70K and $115K per year based on productivity and qualifications.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of dealership technician experience.
• Toyota technician experience is highly preferred.
• ASE certifications are a plus.

As a Flat Rate Automotive Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Pay for this position is based on production. Starts at flat rate at $33.80 per hour. Expected pay is $70K- $115K per year based on productivity and qualifications.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience as a Toyota Technician is highly preferred
• Experienced dealership technicians from other automotive brands are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 3 years of dealership technician experience as an Automotive Technician, Flat Rate Technician, Master Technician, or Diagnostic Technician.
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical repair skills.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair procedures.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
