Qualifications

• 3+ years dealership experience.
• Safe handling of shop tools and equipment.
• Strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
• Brand knowledge preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance per factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and clear communication with Service Advisors.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and OSHA requirements in the shop.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and team members to meet daily goals.
