Job summary

Land Rover Darien, part of Penske Automotive Group (PAG), is seeking a skilled Flat Rate Technician to join our service team. You’ll perform repairs and maintenance per factory specs and time standards to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership experience preferred.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• Brand knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance per factory and dealership specs and time standards.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience through quality workmanship.
• Communicate with Service Advisors to relay findings and work performed.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory standards in all tasks.
