Diehl Collision of Butler is seeking an experienced Flat-Rate Auto Body Technician to join our busy collision repair team. You will perform collision repairs, disassemble and reassemble vehicles, and ensure precise fit and alignment of body components to high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous professional auto body/collision repair experience required.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and equipment.
• Ability to perform body, structural, panel replacement, and related repairs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• I-CAR or manufacturer certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform collision repairs according to manufacturer and industry standards.
• Repair and replace damaged body panels and structural components.
• Perform frame and structural repairs as needed.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles during the repair process.
• Properly fit and align body panels, doors, hoods, bumpers, and related components.
• Identify additional damage and communicate needed repairs.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Follow repair orders and established shop procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete repairs accurately and on schedule.
