Responsibilities include performing collision repairs to manufacturer standards, repairing panels and structures, frame work, disassembly/reassembly, and precise panel fitting. The shop emphasizes quality, safety, and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Prior professional auto body/collision repair experience required.
• Knowledge of collision repair procedures and equipment.
• Ability to perform body, structural, panel replacement, and related repairs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform collision repairs per manufacturer and industry standards.
• Repair and replace damaged body panels and structural components.
• Perform frame and structural repairs as needed.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles during repair.
• Fit and align body panels, doors, hoods, bumpers, and related components.
• Identify additional damage and communicate needed repairs.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Follow repair orders and shop procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete repairs accurately and on schedule.
