Titus-Will Ford Service of Lakewood is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join a highly productive shop with modern equipment, strong support staff, and consistent earning potential.

As part of Titus-Will Automotive Group, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles to dealership standards, receive paid Ford factory training, and have opportunities for certification advancement and career growth in a family-owned business serving the South Sound since 1938.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A, B, or C level technician experience including diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC.
• Test-drive vehicles and use advanced diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repair needs and timelines.
• Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Complete quality inspections.
