Responsibilities

• Operating the flat pack machine, setting up the program, calibrating, and adjusting machine parameters to produce desired weights, cuts and portions.
• Performing regular checks on the resulting meat and portions to determine machine performance and adjust the machine accordingly to meet specifications.
• Ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process and verify proper ingredients/supplies are used on the line.
• Notify the supervisor if machinery requires maintenance, while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
