Job summary

Tyson Foods in Rogers, AR is seeking a Flat Pack Machine Operator on 2nd shift. You will operate, set up and calibrate the flat pack machine to meet weight and portion specifications, while inspecting product quality and maintaining throughput.

Responsibilities include adjusting parameters for performance, ensuring line supply, and reporting maintenance needs. This role demands safety adherence and Tyson policy compliance, working a Monday–Friday schedule with possible Saturdays.

Qualifications

6 months of continuous work history in the last 12 months.
Eligible counties in Arkansas: Benton, Washington and Madison.
Prior Tyson employment: max two hires, 180-day waiting period if previously employed.
Background checks may be required for some roles.

Responsibilities

Operate the flat pack machine, set up the program, calibrate and adjust parameters to achieve desired weights, cuts and portions.
Regularly inspect meat and portions to ensure machine performance and product specifications.
Ensure continuous flow of product and correct ingredients on the line; notify supervisor for maintenance as needed.
Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures.
