Job summary

Tyson Foods Rogers is seeking a team member for the 2nd shift in Rogers, AR to support poultry processing operations. The role requires standing for 8-10 hours, lifting 40+ pounds, and adhering to safety and PPE rules.

Training is provided and base pay is $16.70 per hour with performance-based daily incentives of $40–$80 for Debone and Hand Cutters. Applicants must be able to work Monday through Friday with possible Saturdays, and relocate internally if already with Tyson.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules.
• Push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds.
• Work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level.
• Perform the duties of the position.
• Be willing to stand 8-10 hours a day.
• Wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.
• Maneuver around work areas freely as needed.
• Maintain good hand/eye coordination
• Willing to climb up and down steps/stairs to get to and from the work areas when needed.
