GRT Rubber Technologies seeks a Flash Cut Operator to fabricate precision parts. Responsibilities include setting up and operating Flash Cut, loading materials, programming AutoCAD for Atom Flashcut, and performing routine maintenance. Cross-training across processes is required and safety compliance is essential.
The role requires ability to read drawings/DXF/DWG, solid math skills, and experience with ISO quality systems. High school diploma or related trade education preferred.

Flash Cut Operator
The Flash Cut Operator primarily works in the Cut Part Value Steam, where day-to-day activities include the operation of machines to fabricate precision parts, including equipment setup, maintenance, and preparing material for cutting. Technicians must ensure that proper customer specifications and tolerances are maintained throughout the manufacturing process to ensure the highest product quality. Cross-training into other areas is required.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and work instructions.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers.
The incumbent needs a basic understanding of computers and printers
