Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Chemistry required.
• Leadership of teams of 10+ employees.
• Experience driving process improvements and manufacturing performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement of safety processes and corrective actions.
• Help plant goals and performance targets across teams.
• Strengthen process controls within ISO/PSM/EMS frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to reduce off-quality, waste, and costs.
• Use statistical techniques to quantify variation and identify improvements.
• Lead DMAIC-focused improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
• Conduct investigations into significant off-quality events and root cause analysis.
