Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong math and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the flake line to meet specifications and minimize waste.
• Train and direct line personnel for clean-ups and shutdowns.
• Monitor temperatures, readings hourly and log results.
• Coordinate with QA Lab to ensure product grade.
• Maintain clean and sanitary equipment and area.
