Job summary

EmergencyMD in Idaho is seeking a Flake Line Operator to monitor and operate the product line, ensuring products stay within specifications and high quality. You will train fellow operators, adjust line settings, coordinate with QA, maintain clean lines from flume to packaged goods, record readings hourly, and follow safety policies.

Qualifications

• Understanding of flake line production policies and procedures.
• Ability to train others on processes and equipment.
• Proficient in basic math and completing paperwork.
• Strong written and verbal communication; safety and quality focused.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to produce products within specifications.
• Assist in training and directing personnel on the line.
• Operate the line to maximize output with minimal waste.
• Start/stop the line at appropriate times.
• Maintain clean area from flume to packaged goods.
• Record temperatures, timings, and lot codes; log changes accurately.
