Venchi seeks a highly motivated Flagship Store Manager for our NYC Seventh Ave flagship to drive sales, lead a peak-performing team, and ensure service excellence. This role will uphold the Venchi service model and guest experiences in a dynamic retail environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years as a Store Manager in a fast-paced setting, with food & beverage or retail experience. Proficiency in MS Office is required and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
• Food & beverage or retail experience preferred.
• Fluent in English (bilingual a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead your team in achieving business goals (sales, productivity, COGS) and support employee growth through training and motivation.
• Provide outstanding customer service via effective sales strategies.
• Ensure the Venchi service model is executed successfully.
• Communicate effectively to ensure employees have resources to succeed.

Our Mission:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Flagship Store Manager to join our team based in NYC, Seventh Ave!

Our Retail channel is very dynamic and growing quickly, and is central for the development of our company, with direct stores in Italy, UK and US and planned openings nationwide. It's a great opportunity for an ambitious talent who wants to make a difference in the Retail world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead your team in achieving business goals (sales, productivity, COGS, etc.) while supporting employee growth through ongoing training, guidance, and motivation.
• Consistently provide outstanding customer service via effective sales strategies.
• Ensure the successful execution of the Venchi service model.
• Effectively communicate to ensure all employees have the resources needed to be successful.
• Monitor store KPIs and performance, manage store calendar (shifts, orders, forecast and inventory management) to reach company goals.
• Execute visual merchandising guidelines and layouts.
• Maintain the highest level of food and health compliance within the store.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You can demonstrate you’re a results-oriented leader with at least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
• Post-secondary education preferred or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Food & beverage or retail experience required, both preferred.
• Successfully lead the store team in the day-to-do operations, while sharing your passion for our brand.
• Ability to utilize MS Office Suite Programs.
• Result-oriented with the ability to effectively multitask in a rapid work environment, by meeting all deadlines.
• Problem-solving and decision-making mindset, combined with the ability to manage both independently and within a team.
• Fosters a work environment of growth and development.
• Fluent in English, bilingual is a plus.
• Must be available to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work

Pay range and compensation:

This role offers a base salary of $95,000 to $105,000, plus a bonus (up to 30%) tied to the achievement of key company objectives. The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise.
