Job summary

Paradies Lagardère operates flagship airport stores and seeks a Retail Flagship General Manager for the DFW Airport location. You will plan, direct, and coordinate operations across all stores, driving sales, service quality, and profitability while leading a high-performing team.

You will manage budgets, staff development, vendor relations, and ensure compliance with company policies. Excellent communication and strategic thinking are essential to maintain airport retail excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five years of retail management, merchandising, and operations experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office for data analysis.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, airport environment.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement store policies and goals.
• Set pricing and merchandising strategies to optimize profitability.
• Coordinate multi-store activities for efficiency and economy.
• Lead promotions and manage store displays and inventory.
• Supervise staff, conduct inventories, and reconcile cash and sales records.
• Merchandise ordering and replenishment responsibilities.
• Ensure security, payroll, and reporting procedures are followed.
• Promote products to develop markets and strengthen brand presence.
• Monitor budgets and provide performance reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with corporate teams and airport officials.
